So how does Refold Studio make money?

You get the website and design for free but websites cost money to host and maintain. Once your website is done you just pay a monthly fee for as long as you want your website up.

How long will my website take to build?

Most websites are completed within 1-4 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly we receive your content. If you have a deadline, let us know and we will accommodate.

Do you offer e-commerce websites?

Yes, we can build online stores with our third-party payment system Stripe. Due to the increase complexity and serious safeguards we must make this is available as a quote once we have discussed your business goals and deliverables.

I want to make some changes to my website, how?

Included in the free plan we will make small changes to your website. For example content changes, image changes, links, colours etc... We are not gonna bill you for 10 minutes of work. Anything substantial we will happily quote to you.

Is there a minimum contract?

No long-term lock ins here. You simply pay monthly for as long as you want your website live.

I need to make frequent changes to my website independently.

If you want to be able to customise the content, images, links or products at anytime we offer a CMS (Content Management System) which will provide you with your own portal to edit page content. Let us know if this is a requirement for your business.

I don't need my website anymore.

For any reason if you wish to cancel we will stop any further payments from going through. If you intend to cancel but the next month has just rolled over let us know and we will refund that month, we are not a gym if you need to cancel it is as easy as getting in contact with us or via the payment portal.

I have my own hosting provider.

Unfortunately the nature of our business is that we not only keep costs very low but our business afloat by providing hosting included. If you really need to host away from us we won't be able to discount our monthly fee but will make an effort to accommodate.

My designs have already been created.

If you already have a design in mind we will bring that to life. Just send it to us once we have made contact and we will build it to spec.

I already have a Wix, Wordpress... website. Can you make changes there?

As an additional service we can offer some consulting, tweaks and changes. Let us know your requirements and we will put in a quote.
